Flexsetu is an online work marketplace operated by OCEANWAVE PUPIL ART LLC, a limited liability company based in Los Angeles, California.
What we do
Flexsetu connects people and businesses that need work done online with independent people who can do it. Everything happens on one account: you can post work, do work, or both.
- Online tasks: a publisher posts a task with its steps, what to hand in, how the work is accepted and the reward for each slot. Workers claim or apply for a slot, hand in their work, and are paid once the publisher accepts it.
- Service market: providers list the services they offer, such as design, software development, scriptwriting, video production and AI model deployment, with a price per unit and a delivery time. Buyers order a service, and the provider delivers it through the order.
How payment works
Publishers and buyers add money to their Flexsetu deposit through our payment provider. When a task is listed or a service is ordered, the money it needs is set aside for it. A worker or provider is paid only after the work is accepted and a short observation period has passed. Money that a task or order no longer needs goes back to the deposit, and the deposit can be withdrawn to a verified bank account. Our Refund Policy explains each case.
How we keep the marketplace safe
- People verify their identity, and organizations their business, before they add money, take work or get paid.
- Our staff review every task and every service before it is listed.
- The terms of a task are frozen when it is approved, so neither side can change them later through chat.
- When the two sides disagree, our support team decides from the frozen terms, the work handed in and the order's records.
- Anyone can report a message, a file or a user from inside the platform.
We do not allow fake reviews or ratings, manipulated rankings, clicks or downloads, buying or selling accounts, payments outside the platform, or any work that breaks the law. Users must be at least 18 years old. Our Terms of Service list everything that is not allowed.
